Customer creation

  • Once a customer has created a ticket on the website or via the discord bot, a channel will be created for that ticket on the lmarket staff discord.

Message prefix

  • When sending a message in a ticket you can put a period before and it will not send to the customer, this is for internal communication about the ticket. When sending a message to the customer, just send it normally, with no prefix.

Ticket categories

  • Once a ticket has been created and its purpose has been made clear, move it to the correct category via the ticket dashboardarrow-up-right. If there is no category that matches the ticket, leave it where it is.

Ticket closing

  • When a customer has received their help, you can close the ticket via either /ticket close on the discord or the "Close ticket" button on the dashboard.
