Ticket System
Customer creation
Once a customer has created a ticket on the website or via the discord bot, a channel will be created for that ticket on the lmarket staff discord.
Message prefix
When sending a message in a ticket you can put a period before and it will not send to the customer, this is for internal communication about the ticket. When sending a message to the customer, just send it normally, with no prefix.
Ticket categories
Once a ticket has been created and its purpose has been made clear, move it to the correct category via the ticket dashboard. If there is no category that matches the ticket, leave it where it is.
Ticket closing
When a customer has received their help, you can close the ticket via either /ticket close on the discord or the "Close ticket" button on the dashboard.
