When a customers key or login information is invalid, please do the following:

  1. Check Order:

    • Ask the customer for their order ID and do search their order.

  2. Check Status:

    • Verify that the products status is operational (find this on the docsarrow-up-right), if not, send the statuspage to the customer and inform them that they can redeem the key once it is operational again.

  3. Change category:

    • Ask for their key and put the ticket into product support .

  4. Assign ticket:

    • If the key is Stern, Dullwave, cs2 acc - assign the ticket to Axel.

    • If the key is Dullwave, cs2 acc - assign the ticket to Swezy.

    • If the key is any other key, - assign the ticket to lplacement.
