Key Issues

When a customers key or login information is invalid, please do the following:

  1. Check Order:

    • Ask the customer for their order ID and do search their order.

  2. Check Status:

    • Verify that the products status is operational (find this on the docs), if not, send the statuspage to the customer and inform them that they can redeem the key once it is operational again.

  3. Change category:

    • Ask for their key and put the ticket into product support .

  4. Assign ticket:

    • If the key is Stern, Dullwave, cs2 acc - assign the ticket to Axel.

    • If the key is Dullwave, cs2 acc - assign the ticket to Swezy.

    • If the key is any other key, - assign the ticket to lplacement.
