Paysafecard

When the customer has a issue with a paysafecard order, please do the following:

  1. Check Order:

    • Ask the customer for their order ID and do search their order.

  2. Check Status:

    • If the order is pending, inform the customer that crypto orders can take up to 6 hour to process. If it takes longer than that, tell them that there are soem delays in our system and they will get their order soon.

    • If the order is completed and the customer have not recieved a gmail, resend it.

    • If the order is failed, ping either lplacement, Axel or Swezy and they will check the reason.
