Be Proffesional
Always use formal language and maintain a respectful tone. Avoid any slang or abbreviations like "idk, wdym & etc". Spelling is also important, make sure there are no grammatical errors in your messages, especially if your English isn't very good.
This is the most important rule, being professional is more important than a high ticket/message count when we do promotions/rewards.
Additionally, please only write one message at a time to the customer, then wait for their answer. Do not write half-assed messages that need multiple messages for the sentence to make sense, since one of the factors we judge your activity on is messagecount and it is unprofessional.
