Decisions

You, as a normal staff member do not have the power to make certain decisions such as:

• Who lmarket resells

• Refunds

• New staff members

• New media members

• Discounts for customers

This is solely up to the higherups, so please tell the customers to wait for one. You are fine to ask questions to make it easier for us though, such as product information or reason for refunds.
