Card
When the customer has a issue with their card order, please do the following:
Check Order:
Ask the customer for their order ID and do search their order.
Check Status:
If the status is pending, press the Stripe Fix button, and tell them to check their email. If they still haven't recieved it, assign the ticket to lplacement.
If the order is completed and the customer is yet to recieve a gmail, resend it.
If the order is failed, press the Stripe Fix button, and tell them to check their email. If they still haven't recieved it, assign the ticket to lplacement.
