Card

When the customer has a issue with their card order, please do the following:

  1. Check Order:

    • Ask the customer for their order ID and do search their order.

  2. Check Status:

    • If the status is pending, press the Stripe Fix button, and tell them to check their email. If they still haven't recieved it, assign the ticket to lplacement.

    • If the order is completed and the customer is yet to recieve a gmail, resend it.

    • If the order is failed, press the Stripe Fix button, and tell them to check their email. If they still haven't recieved it, assign the ticket to lplacement.
