When the customer has a issue with their crypto order, please do the following:

  1. Check Order:

    • Ask the customer for their order ID and do search their order.

  2. Check Status:

    • If the order is pending, inform the customer that crypto orders can take up to 1 hour to process. If it takes longer than that, ask the customer to provide their transaction ID and assign the ticket to lplacement.

    • If the order is completed and the customer have not recieved a gmail, resend it.

    • If the order is failed, ask the customer to provide their transaction ID and assign the ticket to lplacement.
